LOCAL REALTOR® AWARDED SRS DESIGNATION

(Los Angeles, CA, June 3, 2020) -- Melissa Okabe with Alta Properties, has been awarded the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, the premier seller agency designation in the country. The SRS is conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) and is an official credential of the National Association of REALTORS®. Melissa joins an elite group of real estate professionals from around the world who have earned the SRS designation. All were required to successfully complete comprehensive coursework in seller representation, demonstrate significant seller representation experience and expertise, and subscribe to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.

Melissa is a 2nd Generation Real Estate Agent, specializing in Residential Real Estate in the Los Angeles area. Educated at The University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), The American University of Paris (AUP) and La Sorbonne, her background in Marketing and unique Expat experience in Paris, France, brings a fresh international perspective to the exciting LA Real Estate market. In 2019, Melissa was nominated for the cross-brokerage award of Rookie of the Year (for outstanding performance by realtors in business for 5 years or less) through the South Bay Association of Realtors.
